Your service person was wonderful. Found problem in just a couple of minutes (1 round rubber gasket). He replaced, also tested water pressure and replaced "dohicky in toilet. Took him approximately 20 minutes for entire job. With a $40 fee to come out and assuming the gasket cost up to $20, the service fee was $176.81. That averages to an hourly fee of $530.43. I am a professional consultant (CPA) in the business community for over thirty years and my hourly fee is never more than $150 per hour for ANY task. I will not use your company again and will not recommend. While I appreciate a professional job (which I received), this is an unreasonable fee.
