Very professional, courteous and on time service.

Worst

Pluming service was priced little high but was durable'. Electrial service was grossley over charged. replaced 2 dimmer lights for 198.00 a piece. Lowes wanted 12.dollars a peice ...

The service from Corley Plumbing, Air & Electric was good. There was one man who did the job, and he was fine. He repaired a broken sewer line, so he was underneath the house by the foundation. Everything seems fine, though I thought we paid a high price for what was done. more

Plumbing estimate for making single sink a double 5/14/2011

We had Slade come to give us an estimate on doing this job. We had previously signed up for the service partner agreement. I had gotten another estimate prior to his arrival. I so hoped that he would come in close & even expected that it could be less due to the service partner discount. However, much to my surprise & disappointment, the estimate came in at twice the other estimate. So, we couldn't go ahead as planned. If for some reason, the estimate was higher than it should have been, please let me know. We have not yet committed to the other company. I would much rather go with your company as I value your services. RESPONSE FROM Corley Plumbing, Air & Electric: Thank you very much for your feedback we really appreciate it. We are sorry we weren't able to help you with this project, but the price that Slade quoted is accurate. Although my problem was more complicated than I had thought, everything was eventually fixed. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He thoroughly explained the problem and each step required to fix it. He was also willing to accommodate my schedule. more

Corley was very punctual, and very efficient. The only thing I could say is that they are a little expensive, but they do quality work. The whole outcome was a good experience for us. They were very helpful, and they were very informative, and I believe that sums it up! They were courteous and neat as well, and to me that's very important. Another thing, they were very sensitive to our needs and very protective of our furniture and everything, so I think that's good. more

Excellent Service 3/14/2011

Everyone that I have dealt with at Corley Plumbing, Air & Heat has been a pleasure to work with. Starting with employees answering the phones. All of them have been exceptional. They are always pleasant and are always very eager to help with my calls. The Technicans, both Randy and Howard have been very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of them being so patient with me. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone. Thank you again for all of help. more

Give Mike a raise! 3/9/2011

I definitely would recommend Corley Plumbing. I will probably have them out again as I get the money, as I have some other plumbing and things that I will definitely want to use them again for. Their service was really good, and I'm glad I was able to find them. I found them because the men who cleaned and repaired the chimney recommended Corley Plumbing, Air & Electric. I had also seen the ads on TV, so I knew who they were. It was a good recommendation! Mike and his helper did a good job, and I'm really pleased with them. Give the man a raise! J & F Showalter more

Excellent Service 1/27/2011

Dave and the team did an excellent job preparing our malfunctioning Rinnai continuous water system. The control panel showed an error code 12 and you guys investigated and repaired successfully. Showers feel so much better using hot water. I have already recommended you guys to some other friends and relatives that have the continuous water systems for service or repair. more

Exceeded my expectations 1/5/2011

I have used home services for a variety of reasons as a homeowner since 1986. Honestly, my expectations were set based on years of experience with different businesses. I am pleased to state Corley surpassed what I expected. The professionalism of the team and the service they provided was as good or better than any I have had. If the rest of Corley is like the heating and air team, I will use Corley for plumbing and electrical service as well. more

Installation of Grundfos Comfort UP15-14 12/25/2010

Our experience began with Trent in the Corley office---he was incredibly knowledgeable and recommended the Grundfos product rather than a singled under-sink water heating device. We have a traditional gas water heater, but the distance to the master bath is significant, causing a big delay in getting hot water. Jeff and Bubba did an excellent job of installing the system (even came out on a Saturday!). The Timer feature is fantastic----when we turn on the hot water faucet, the water is hot---instantly! Thanks to the knowledgeable and professional folks at Corley, we are very satisfied with this solution! I will recommend this system to anyone more

My wife and I live in an older home. Something is always going wrong and it seems to always be at the most inopportune times. However, I trust the folks at Corely to do the right thing when coming in to our home. I first called Corely on a weekend in 2006 and have been calling them at all times of the day, and night, since. I have used them during normal business hours as well as after hours and even on holidays. I can trust the technicians to be reliable, trustworthy and best of all, to be upfront and honest with me. It means so much to me to have people who know what they're doing when they come in to my home. They take care of me and don't make me feel "lost" just because I don't understand the full depth of the problem that I'm facing. I trust them more than any other technicians I've had in my home. And, my wife LOVES that they clean up after themselves. I'm not paid to say this. In fact, I've paid them to let me say that I am a fan of Corely and everyone there. I don't have to pull out the yellowpages when something goes wrong at my home. I just go to my Corely Magnent and dial them up. Thanks to you all for all you do! more
