Dave and the team did an excellent job preparing our malfunctioning Rinnai continuous water system. The control panel showed an error code 12 and you guys investigated and repaired successfully. Showers feel so much better using hot water. I have already recommended you guys to some other friends and relatives that have the continuous water systems for service or repair.
