Review content:
We had Slade come to give us an estimate on doing this job. We had previously signed up for the service partner agreement. I had gotten another estimate prior to his arrival. I so hoped that he would come in close & even expected that it could be less due to the service partner discount. However, much to my surprise & disappointment, the estimate came in at twice the other estimate. So, we couldn't go ahead as planned. If for some reason, the estimate was higher than it should have been, please let me know. We have not yet committed to the other company. I would much rather go with your company as I value your services.

Thank you very much for your feedback we really appreciate it. We are sorry we weren't able to help you with this project, but the price that Slade quoted is accurate. Since we price based on the task, there are no surprises when a job is completed and we stand behind the work that we do and offer a lifetime warranty on workmanship.
