Whoever said this club is filthy is blinded by some kind of unfortunate personal experience, because I have been a member at this club for 5+ years and have found it to be perfect for my needs. It is within 5 miles of home, the machines and areas are kept clean and updated, the staff are friendly and they remember my name, and all members wipe down their machines after each use with spray and provided cloths. There are gel dispensers throughout the club. There is effective training staff, even an award-winning body builder is a trainer, all friendly and helpful. And you won't find yourself on display in the front window on your treadmill -- this place is a private, neighborhood gym where you can go easily and get it done, and there are great spin classes too, as well as a good selection of other classes with good instructors of varying styles. They even have wine and cheese open houses with raffles and fit challenges periodically. And my membership rate is very reasonable. Pros: uncrowded, private, friendly, more Cons: I don't expect what large chains can provide more

First, lost all of my information in the computers. Didn't take the time to reenter it.\r \r Then, when my credit card expired and new one issued they immediately sent me to their ""collection agency"" when my monthly payment did not go through. Rather than call me up to get the new card, one week after the payment was due I started receiving harassing calls and was assessed a $20 late fee. Management said this was not a ""collection agency""....just a billing company that was ""enforcing the contract that I signed"". \r \r NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!\r \r Stay away. Stay far away. Go to businesses that are customer friendly and know how to treat people. Tell your friends to stay away. There are too many health club options to tolerate being told that ""they are too busy with over 1,000 members to call people up when there is a problem."" The first reviewer obviously has issues--this gym is not dirty by any stretch of the imagination, and the staff isn't unfriendly. Equipment is always available--I've never had to wait. There's a good assortment of classes. Wish they had a pool and possibly some family oriented activities. Cons: Recently cut weekend hours more

There are a nice mix of people old and young, great classes to take like the club mix and everything. It is not dirty, its a gym and people sweat what more can u expect? staff is always saying hi and have a nice night, also they were very helpful when I was testing it out for a month then decided to join for a year...There are always machines open that I want to use and the only suggestion I would have would be having a separate room with a few weights and machines for women only...I dont like working my muscles in front of guys! All in all it is a great gym MUCH less expensive than my last gym (by 300$ actually) and I would definitly recomend it to men, women, young and old. more

Filthy old gym, rude staff, and haven't recieved refund for cancellation after four days, as promised on contract. It's been three weeks, and I still haven't recieved it.
