Review content:
First, lost all of my information in the computers. Didn't take the time to reenter it.\r
\r
Then, when my credit card expired and new one issued they immediately sent me to their ""collection agency"" when my monthly payment did not go through. Rather than call me up to get the new card, one week after the payment was due I started receiving harassing calls and was assessed a $20 late fee. Management said this was not a ""collection agency""....just a billing company that was ""enforcing the contract that I signed"". \r
\r
NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!\r
\r
Stay away. Stay far away. Go to businesses that are customer friendly and know how to treat people. Tell your friends to stay away. There are too many health club options to tolerate being told that ""they are too busy with over 1,000 members to call people up when there is a problem.""
Pros: nothing
Cons: horrible management and customer service
