Review content:
Whoever said this club is filthy is blinded by some kind of unfortunate personal experience, because I have been a member at this club for 5+ years and have found it to be perfect for my needs. It is within 5 miles of home, the machines and areas are kept clean and updated, the staff are friendly and they remember my name, and all members wipe down their machines after each use with spray and provided cloths. There are gel dispensers throughout the club. There is effective training staff, even an award-winning body builder is a trainer, all friendly and helpful. And you won't find yourself on display in the front window on your treadmill -- this place is a private, neighborhood gym where you can go easily and get it done, and there are great spin classes too, as well as a good selection of other classes with good instructors of varying styles. They even have wine and cheese open houses with raffles and fit challenges periodically. And my membership rate is very reasonable.
Pros: uncrowded, private, friendly, more
Cons: I don't expect what large chains can provide
