Replaced computer board and motor assembly 7/13/2011

When our A/C died, they immediately sent a technician out. They did not have the part needed so the technician drove clear to the owner's house to get an identical part and returned promptly. He worked until 10:30pm that night to get our A/C working until the new parts came in. As soon as they came in, a technician came immediately out to replace. more

saved me from system replacement 7/8/2011

Big Dave was great. He came the first time to do a . second opinion estimate of my AC system. He was very detailed in the the estimate. Today he came and did the work. He showed me what the situation was, as I wasn't present for the estimate and I learned about my system. He even strapped up two air ducts so the system would be more efficient and less likely to damage the plenums in the future. I would definitely use Core Air in the future for maintenance and possible replacements when needed. more

When the salesperson from Core Air came out to review the situation and give an estimate, he was very knowledgeable, had a lot of experience, and was very professional. The work was done on time, and they did a good job. I think I felt confident that they were giving me what I needed as far as equipment and watching out for me as a customer. more

Technician was prompt, professional and courteous. Reports were e-mailed to me within hours of work. Technician made several good recommendations and showed me potential problems. He went over all of his work and answered all of my questions. Very satsfied! more

Very, very competent service and very ethical in their business behavior 6/20/2011

I paid $285.00 to Tech Services and they did nothing in the servicing of my air conditioner. In fact TS said I needed a new coil. So I got a second opinion from Core. Core told me that the AC needed to be cleaned and serviced and that it would probably last another 5 years. Guess what? The AC is now running perfectly! I think Core is "the best". I am asking TS for my money back!! more

Dave is very professional and knowledgeable. Arrived on time and did a complete inspection of all components. Offered advice and insight to an existing situation. Looking forward to a estimate on installing an additional vent in master bedroom to promote better cooling. more

Dan, from Core Air, is the technician who usually comes out to do all of my service. I work in the service industry myself, in maintenance, and I meet a lot of guys in this field. Core Air is one of the best companies to work with. They are wonderful to deal with. They are extremely professional, and do call backs right away. When I first used them, there was an issue that came up. They handled it right away and didn't tiptoe around it. I thought that was a good sign of a great company. EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM CORE AIR 5/27/2011

THEY CALLED AND CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THE TECH WAS THERE AT THE APPOINTMENT TIME. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB REPAIRING MY HEAT PUMP. HE EVEN FOUND A PROBLEM THAT MAY HAVE BEEN OVERLOOKED BY A LESS EFFICIEANT TECHNICIAN. THEY HAVE EARNED MY BUSINESS FOR THE FUTURE. more

I've been very pleased with Core Air. I live out of town, and I have a property in Florida, so I hired them to oversee it. I ended up purchasing a Gold Plan from them, and it's been nothing but a good experience. I had a renter in my unit who has been difficult at times, but Core Air has done nothing but handle it professionally and accurately. I'm very pleased with them, and I'd recommend them to anybody. Quick to respond and friendly 5/8/2011

I wanted a second opinion on a possible mold problem on my A/C system in the attic. Core Air came and checked it and took pictures to show me that there was no mold on the unit. In fact, it was very clean looking. Saved me $1200 which the other company wanted to put in a UV light unit. more
