As always service was on time, professsional and completed quckily. I have used Core for a/c and pool equipment since 2005 and have never had a complaint. Owner Steve Mitchell is great, as well as Kyle and thevrest of the technicians. Office staff has alws been responsive and courteous. more

Core responded as needed and in a very professional manner when my A/C failed to cool 6/18/2012

Our A/C stopped cooling one evening so the next morning I called Core at 0730 requesting service. They advised that a tech would be out before noon and in fact he arrived @ 1100. I received an email from the company and a call from the tech 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Dave is the Tech's name and he was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Dave had the problem diagnosed a repaired within 30 minutes. The bill came to @ $250 which included 2 parts and labor. Having been ripped off by another A/C company not long ago for another issue, I was very pleased with Core and Dave. I picked them up from Angie's list and can recommend Core and Dave very highly to anyone in need of A/C repair. more

The technician was prompt, knew his job and identified the problem. He ordered the parts and subsequently installed same. He is very personable and effecient. 6/13/2012

I cannot fully assess the outcome of the repairs until I have had suffecient time to use all the features and see that they are working properly. So far all repairs are working fine. more

Core air came within 45 mins of me calling. They quickly figured out the problem fixed it and were done. They were very resonable and didn't try to sell anything else. more

Complete Lennox CX21 system 6/11/2012

I was not going to change from Trane. However after the presentation and J-load was completed by Paul on his first trip I was impressed. Emails and calls were answered within very short time frames. The two installers were far above the norm. Owner keep the folks you have. Bravo! more

I found everyone I talked to at Core Air - on the phone, the young lady in sales, and the installers - to be professional and willing to take care of everything I needed. I had them do an entire air conditioning installation for me, and it's working well. In fact, they just came by for their one-year follow up service. more

"Strong Core Values" says it all! 5/9/2012

Recently, our family met with an unexpected trial of our life, the kind that takes your breath away. To add to it, we found ourselves needing pool equipment and AC service and repairs. The service received from the 2 technicians and the service manager were top notch! Folks ~ No need to look any further for a company who has a genuine "customer service" business ethic and it starts at the top and goes down to the service techs that arrive at your home. We so appreciated all they did to make these repairs less burdensome on our family. Great to have a business out there in these days you can trust and know they have your best interest as a customer at heart. God's richest Blessings to your business and staff! more

My AC is working perfectly. Core Air showed up on time, right when they said they'd be here. Their workers were dressed nicely in uniform; they weren't wearing tank tops or raggedy clothes. They had the parts we needed and conducted themselves in a professional manner. You couldn't ask for more, really. more

Nice people, professional, and overall a good experience. Core Air replaced our entire AC system. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure everything was presentable. It was a good overall, low hassle experience. more
