Great dresses! Large selection. 2/1/2007

After I contacted them they emailed be back with a link to thier Q & A page. It was a bit long but it did answer alot of my questions. About a week later I got a call to see if I had any questions. After I placed my order I did not hear from them until the dress was ready. It took little longer than I had anticipated but the dress finally arrived and it looked fabulous. I was happy. I was hesitant to order over the internet but it all work out ok. Pros: Beautiful designs, can make changes, fit my size, price was good Cons: Site has a fair amount of reading, takes a long time to have made more

Zero customer service 12/28/2006

This bridal shop tops the list in RUDE and UNFRIENDLY staff. After viewing their website, I asked a question about fabric choices and was sent a long rude email stating I had a reading disability because the "website explains everything". I have never experienced anything like this from any business. I did not purchase from them and would advise consumers to stay away from this establishment. Pros: None Cons: Customer service more

Easy to work with, Q & A page very informative 9/19/2006

I purchased a dress from them online and received it in the mail with no problems. I emailed them from thier website and they emailed me back about 2 days later. At first their Q & A page that they keep referring me to was a bit confusing. But when I actaully sat down and read through it...it all made sense. Got my dress in the mail close to the time they said I would and I love it. I chose the option of sending in measurements and once I got it, it actaully looked fabulous on.
