After I contacted them they emailed be back with a link to thier Q & A page. It was a bit long but it did answer alot of my questions. About a week later I got a call to see if I had any questions. After I placed my order I did not hear from them until the dress was ready. It took little longer than I had anticipated but the dress finally arrived and it looked fabulous. I was happy. I was hesitant to order over the internet but it all work out ok.
Pros: Beautiful designs, can make changes, fit my size, price was good
