Cooper's is a safe bet for a mixed group - though they focus on seafood, there's lots of ""regular"" items to pick from and the food is very good, though not outstanding. It is very consistent. The dining room's decorations are fascinating, though it can get quite loud, especially Saturday nights. They don't take reservations and lines can be a problem - they can be really picky when it comes to group seating. Some items are a little overpriced for Scranton and some food tends be a little on the salty side. Come on your birthday and get a free dinner (though they stopped giving out the great crab hats!)
Pros: Good for groups, Good for kids, Consistent food
Cons: Lines, Prices
