I have been going here for over a decade and still like this place. I use to love it but I think they are starting to get too big for their own good. The quality of the food while still good isn?t near what it used to be. The service fluctuates between outstanding and bad. If you have a complaint about your food expect nothing more than a shrug of the shoulders and maybe a ?sorry?. That was all I got when I complained about my lobster that I needed a knife to cut it was so over cooked. Its saving grace is the ship?s pub, crab shack bar and the lighthouse bar. This place has four separate bars with the ship?s pub and the grill room (the original bar) being the best. This place takes tacky to the next level but in a good way. I now mainly go there for a few drinks and eat elsewhere.
Pros: cool place to walk around in, great beer selection
Cons: bad service and indifference
