I've had multiple plumbers in my house since buying it in 2009. I had been told previously that my master bathroom toilet was not fixable and that I would have to replace it, or hold the flusher down through the entire flush cycle. For two years I've been standing there holding the flusher through the flush cycle. Rick from Cool Blew came to work on my sinks through my home warranty and found the problem with my toilet & replaced the flapper which fixed the issue. I'm forever grateful as the previous plumbers apparently were trying to sell me a new toilet for no reason. Thank you Rick for being honest & very helpful! more

Tech was efficient and friendly. He fixed my thermostat which was on the wall crooked. He went above and beyond expectations. more

My home warranty sent out this company. After checking my AC I was displaced from my home for 7 days before they created a temporary fix so I could be back in my house. (This is after I called daily to find out what was going on) After three more weeks they finally came and replaced the handler. After replacing the handler my bathroom ceiling collapsed due to leaking from the new unit. They sent a tech out and he did a "this will probably work fix" It did not. Another tech was sent out and found the problem, but they say it is not their fault. There was no water damage until they installed the new handler. Now they are not taking responsibility for the damage done. The owner Tim did not email me the reports like I asked for. It is going on 5 weeks, I spent $900 to replace the handler and now they are trying to stick me with the bill for their error. I will be contacting the ROC and BBB. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE more

They didn't fix the entire problem and charged an exorbitant fee to replace the freeon and dispose of the compressor... a whopping $328.00. None of the other AC contractors in the Phoenix area charge those fees; I checked. It was extortion, plain and simple. Oh, and did I mention.... they didn't even fix the problem. We had to have another contractor come out and replace the condenser. more

this company was call three day befor they got to my home on the 7/19/05 and he was he two mins and wanted to know if we had the service call check to give him then he looked at the the box and say that system wiith no high voltage, need new breaker but he couldnt do the work because it was not his job to change the breaker. then he was out of here.so he got (35.00) for looking at the box. more
