I've had multiple plumbers in my house since buying it in 2009. I had been told previously that my master bathroom toilet was not fixable and that I would have to replace it, or hold the flusher down through the entire flush cycle. For two years I've been standing there holding the flusher through the flush cycle. Rick from Cool Blew came to work on my sinks through my home warranty and found the problem with my toilet & replaced the flapper which fixed the issue. I'm forever grateful as the previous plumbers apparently were trying to sell me a new toilet for no reason. Thank you Rick for being honest & very helpful!
