Contour Day Spa of Plantation

Never have I experienced such incompetence! I am required to pick a star but I would prefer to give lots of negative ones. My husband recently started traveling for work so I only get to see him every two weeks for a total of 4 days at a time. I wanted to something special for him and scheduled 80 minute couples massage at 11 am, on April 27th. I received a text message on April 26th confirming our appointment the following day at 3pm??!! I immediately called and the s*%! show began.. Robert the manager attempted to correct the screw up but was unable to do so and never called me to let me know that they were unable to rearrange. I let it go that weekend. The following Monday/Tuesday I reached out to Robert directly. I had to leave several messages, the last message I left was slightly snarky for the fact he had not returned my calls for 2 days. Robert finally called after my snarky message. I specifically told Robert that I wanted him to schedule our massage appointment so there would be NO mistakes. He scheduled our 80 minute couple massage for May 11th at 11 am with salt therapy to follow, free of charge, for the prior scheduling mistake. We walked in at 10:30 am on May 11th, tried to check in and the gentleman behind the counter had a look of horror on his face. He looked at us and said he would be right back. 10 minutes later he finally came back and started with “I’m so sorry but your appointment was scheduled for June 11th”. Let’s just say my temper was through the roof. He said Robert will be right with us. 20 minutes later still no Robert. I went to the counter again asked if the guy with the blonde ponytail was Robert and he confirmed it was him. I told him to tell Robert .. and that we were not waiting any longer. My husband was right as we were walking out, “our experience probably would have been mediocre at best, considering the place reminded him of an upscale swap shop”... NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BE BACK AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS HORRIBLE, MISMANAGED, JOKE OF A “SPA”. more

Came in a week ago for a Swedish massage and pedicure. The massage felt wonderful and so relaxing. The spa pedicure is 50 minutes and needless to say it was WONDERFUL i have never been to a place that takes their time and makes you feel so relaxed while getting a pedicure. I still have some money left on my gift card so i will be be back soon! more

The locker rooms are beautiful and well stocked with anything you can possibly need. They even have chaise lounges for, well, lounging! more

Still love to have my hair washed and blown out here. I have long hair so it's about $40.00 for my length which is very reasonable considering Hair Cuttery dares to charge $35 and you cannot compare. I now have my two favorite stylists: Jimmie and Victoria. I am VERY picky with my hair and they have gotten it right every time. I think I have tried almost every stylist there since I have visited so often. Trust me on this one. more

I surprised my girlfriend on here birthday for a full couples treatment (pedicure, manicure and the Journey to Eden) and had the best time ever!!!!!I had never done anything close to this in my life and manly went through with it only to keep my girlfriend company and do something romantic to pamper her on “her day”. First of all I never really saw the place and I live 5 minutes from there and was overwhelmed with the size and all the facilities they have… is crazy they have everything!!!! The service was incredible and I begged the woman that gave me the Journey to Eden to give me my pedicure (pedicures are definitely a keeper in my monthly schedule from now on) she was so combing and knew exactly how to read my body so I definitely recommend her (Sara!!!I think her last name is Danio) !!!!! In short we had the best time ever and felt so rejuvenated and relaxed, but most of all I was ecstatic to know that my girlfriend enjoyed it so much (she is not easy to please). I don’t normally write reviews on places but I don’t normally go to spas either so I really do recommend Contour Day Spa and defiantly know what I’m getting my mother for mother’s day!!!! more

I have been to many upscale spas in south Florida but the Contour Day Spa blows them all out of the water!! When I called to book my appointment the booking staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I came in for appointments the staff at the front desk was very upbeat and happy! The girls who did my massage and facial were AMAZING!!! I have never felt so relaxed. I then had my hair done which came out gorgeous! All of the stylists seem so trendy and friendly. I would recommend this spa to anyone I LOVE this place!! Deff coming back soon! more

I have had numerous experiences at this spa and every one of them was excellent. Their experienced staff and attention to detail shows at every level, from the moment you check in to the time you check out. Their hot stone pedicare was amazing - bikini waxes, although painful at times, came out really well. I also had one of the best eyebrow waxes ever!! I have given gift certificates to this spa and the recipients were always very pleased. Their main goal is customer satisfaction, and i believe they hit the mark every time. more

My visit to Contour Day Spa was a very relaxing experience. The spa is beautiful, the technicians were friendly and made me feel very comfortable. It was unrushed and I will definitely come back. Yesterday was my birthday and my mother and sister tricked me into going in to contour day spa. It was all ready raining and I was disappointed that my birthday was going to be runied, but after a 70 min swedish massage with one of contours best massage therapist following this hydro bath that my mom and I had fun playing in following a reflexology. This day was such a relaxing day. I got a brand new haircut and got to take picutre on the terrace after I was all dolled up. When it was time to check out I recieved $30 off my entire package for my birthay. I truly reccomend this place!!! more

I'm 6 months pregnant and went to Contour to receive a Prenatal Massage and Pedicure! I was truly impressed from the moment I walked in. What a beautiful place! My therapist was certified in Prental Massages and knew exatly what I was looking for. Maybe because she was twice pregnant herself but she worked out every ache and pain in my back. After I received a spa pedicure ! The pedicure was almost a hour long! I feel so relaxed and thank all the staff at Contour! more

Went to Contour Day Spa today. Had a pedicure and everyone was very nice and helpful. That was my first time going. Dont know why everyone is so mean..I will continue to go there and pamper myself. :))))) more

I have been to the spa many times and I enjoy it. I guess it takes a lot for me not to enjoy it. The services depend on the esthetician/massage therapist you get paired up with, but the spa itself is clean, spacious, inviting and calming. The locker rooms offer all the amenities, steam room, sauna, showers, grooming products to you. Once you are in your robe you sometimes have to venture out to the waiting area, which is kind of uncomfortable b/c your back out in the open chillin out reading mags and drinking spa water with a thin robe on, but im not too shy. The treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. I love to get the paprika facial and any deep pressure massage (when I can afford it). The prices are pretty standard and can be located online. For spas, the pricing is typical and I know other spas that charge lots more. Sometimes the wait to pay is long and annoying... more

I highly recommend this Spa to anyone that is ready to relax and unwind.After my busy work week ,and being a busy mom this is what i needed!I had great customer service and enjoyed all my spa treatments! more

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME DOING THIS BUT i LOVE THIS SPA THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU DOWN TO THE LAST DETAIL. EVEN THOUGH ITS QUITE EXPENSIVE THEY MAKE IT WORTH EVERY PENNY, THIS IS A SPA FOR THOSE DAYS THAT YOU JUST NEED TO GET AWAY FROM THE STRESSES OF LIFE. AND A BAHAMAS VACATION IS TOO FAR AND YOU CANT MISS WORK THE NEXT DAY, FROM THE MOMENT YOU COME IN YOU'RE TREATED AS IF YOU'RE AT A PALACE. ITS AWESOME. i WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR NOT ONLY AN AMAZING HAIR CUT AND DRY BUT ALSO FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE MOTHERS DAY PRESENT. I was looking for a relaxing experience for my birthday, but I would have not in a million years expect such great treatment. I spent the whole day there, I never thought I could feel that good! From the minute I checked in to the minute I checked out, the staff helped me with anything I needed, not to mention how friendly they were. I had the Journey to Eden, a service recommended to me by one of my girlfriends. The atmosphere was just amazing. After the Journey to Eden I had a deep tissue massage, the massage therapist was so concerned in not hurting me, and making sure that I had the best massage of my life. I did! While in the waiting room, I talked to other guests and they were also delighted. To conclude my day, I had THE ABSOLUTE BEST PEDICURE I have EVER had! The french came out so perfect, you could've sworne they were fake! I had the best time, I couldn't have imagined a better way to have spent my birthday. more

I have been to many spas around the area searching for the best spas with THE best therapists and THE best hair stylist. I am one of the most picky people ever about someone touching me, but as soon as i walked in to the contour day spa the greeter at the desk made me feel so at ease about the journey i was about to take part in. I started with the Journey to Eden, which is the most fabulous services they, i then proceded to have a Pumpkin Peel Facial, which made my skin silky smooth, i can honestly say that its the best facial i have ever recieved for the many i have had, the technition made me feel completely comfortable, she was very good. I then proccedded to get my hair colored, high lighted and cut, which was a scary experience since i have been going to the same woman for years, however she moved, but hadn't she moved i wouldnt have had the best hair color and treatment. I am glad i choose the contour day spa, not only did they know exactly what i wanted they treated me like very nicely which is hard to find. I would gladly recommend the Contor Day Spa, I will most definatly get all of my service done there. more
