There is only one place to go to enjoy jewelry. Really. Continetal has the best selection and fun salespeople who can help with what your looking for. They know their jewelry and make you feel right at home while you shop. I love shopping with Judy. She has great taste. This is not your big box jewelry store. It is fresh and different. The prices are what keeps you coming back. Thanks Judy and the whole staff there for making my shopping experience more like visiting with firends. more

Are you a watch guy? 6/9/2010

If so you have to go visit Andy at Continental Diamond. There selection of over a dozen brands, Raymond Weil, Ebel & My favorite Ball just to name a few. I was looking for a new Ball & Andy immediately contacted Ball-USA to get a few in I was interested in for me to compare to his current stock. Unfortunately for me I had to get two! Looking forward to stopping by for the Museum Tour over father day.Thanx Andy!-Eric W. Pros: Great service & selection more

If so you have to go visit Andy at Continental Diamond. There selection of over a dozen brands, Raymond Weil, Ebel & My favorite Ball just to name a few. I was looking for a new Ball & Andy immediately contacted Ball-USA to get a few in I was interested in for me to compare to his current stock. Unfortunately for me I had to get two! Truely Amazed 5/6/2010

I had to have my wedding ring cut off last summer due to unfortunate circumstances. Not just cut off but pried off and broken into 4 pieces. I had been told it was in disrepair and was absolutely heartbroken. Fabio at Continental Diamond was somehow able to repair my ring and got it looking just as beautiful as the day my husband put it on my finger. I haven't had it on my finger for nearly a year because I thought it would also cost too much to fix. I was very pleased with the great price I was given to repair something that was in such awful shape. I would 100 times over suggest going to Continental Diamond for any repair. And the staff there... really wonderful people. Pros: They worked a miracle on my wedding ring Cons: none more

Truely Amazed 5/6/2010

Thoughtful & clear 3/11/2010

I do not spend much time in jewelry stores. My wife had a watch that needed warranty repair and a modest pearl necklace that required re-stringing. The repair staff was courteous and very clear on what they were going to do and what the cost was to be. After clarifying warranty on the watch, the staff at Continental Diamonds performed the repairs in a timely fashion and called me to let me know the items were ready for pickup. That type of service seems so elemental, yet is rarely found nowadays. It was most certainly a pleasure doing business with them - as pleasant as it will be to present my wife with her good-as-new repaired items. more

Not only do they listen to my needs they helped me select the best for my money. I am quite grateful to the Staff at Continental for their expertise and above the bar experience of shopping. I will continue to bring all my business to Continental and suggest if you want to be treated and feel confident in your purchase(without buyers remorse) go experience what I did and bring your loved one too, They will enjoy the experience! Friendly Service 1/6/2010

I have been to Continental Diamond on 3 different times for repairs and Jimmers went out of his way to do the repairs and was able to get them done the same day! My husband and I really appreciated this, 2 out of the 3 times were for his eye glasses. We will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family. Keep up the outstanding work! Everything about Continental Diamond was amazing! I originally went to Wedding Day, Shane Co and Jared first. After looking at these places and having difficulties, I called Continental... I wish I had gone there first. I went to Continental and it was way better than everywhere else, from friendliness of staff, selection and without a shadow of doubt... price! The owner and the consultant I worked with, Holly Weston, were amazing! They took the time to answer all of my questions with no pressure and helped me to find the best deal within my budget. They are more concerned with making sure you get the best deal / ring possible, then making , "The huge sale"! Every other place I went to wanted to upsell me, charge me hidden fees and basically were more concerned about making as much money as possible, instead of helping me to get what I wanted!!!! I would and will recommend Continental Diamond to anyone who wants to find the perfect ring at the perfect price!!! Pros: Prics, Service, Consultants Cons: NONE! more

They have moved the prong on my ring back into position twice--for free--and have completed other repairs for me very timely and for a reasonable price. Pros: Very helpful and not pushy more

The engagement ring purchase at Continental Diamond turned out to be a very reassuring experience. Several employees went out of their way to make me/us feel comfortable, in an otherwise intimidating process. Olivia is an absolute gem. I had solid re-con on what my gal wanted for a rock, but not much of a clue on the ring itself. Due to this fact, Olivia encouraged me to pick out a diamond and have it placed in a setting band. Fellas, this decision turned out to be a home run. The day after I dropped to my knee and proposed, we both went back in and my gal was able to pick out a ring to her liking. She was totally jacked with the final product. Great advice from Olivia! The ring has caught the eye of several people and compliments have been pouring my gal?s way, which makes us both smile. We are sure to tell everybody we purchased at Continental Diamond! From the time I walked in the door and was introduced to the owner Jimmy, to when we picked up the final product, the customer service was top notch and seamless. Pros: customer service more
