Dentist with a caring side 8/8/2006

I go to Dansville Dentist Professionals- they are a bit pricy but worth it! The office is beautiful and serene. They really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable when they work on your teeth. Even cleaning is a good experience there. thumbs up to DDP more

Bad customer service! 9/23/2005

First off I will say the dentists and hygienists do a thorough job at cleanings and all other jobs. My daughter has had a couple of appointments to loose the gap in her 2 front teeth- It turned out beautiful- Never even knew there was a gap. However the customer service - billing- receptionist people are terrible! I have had nothing but problems with them- Messing up insurance claims and such! Just know this going in. more
