First off I will say the dentists and hygienists do a thorough job at cleanings and all other jobs. My daughter has had a couple of appointments to loose the gap in her 2 front teeth- It turned out beautiful- Never even knew there was a gap. However the customer service - billing- receptionist people are terrible! I have had nothing but problems with them- Messing up insurance claims and such! Just know this going in.
