The doctors at this location are okay. They used to have one midwife that was absolutely amazing, Nancy, but she has now retired. :( There really is not a reason to be back to this practice since they have lost Nancy. \r The front desk is the absolute WORST! If I were a doctor there I would replace every receptionist they have especially Sherri. Sherri has probably turned away so many potential patients because of her attitude. Every time I have been to the office (I birthed my son, with the help of Nancy) Sherri has given me attitude and has been so rude! I will not be back, not because of the doctors they still have on staff, but because SHERRI. Watch out for her because she will try and walk all over you, and she does her job half way, and the half she actually does is with a poor attitude. I feel bad that the doctors may be unaware that Sherri is such a poor asset to their team. more

I came in for my appt. and there was a new woman up front. To make a long story short, she did not understand my BCBSFL insurance and did not try to get me in to the Doctor even though I was a regular patient and needed care that day and had the money to pay!!! She got all caught up in the filing of the claim. She argued with me until I asked for someone else (who I have never seen before). She called the number on the back of my insurance card and still did not resolve it. After being a patient there for almost 2 years I will not go back because of their front office help. more

My wife delivered baby with these practitioners. Every thing was nice and wonderful including service from all doctors and mid wives. The only issue was billing. \r \r My insurance company was suppose to pay some amount and we spoke to billing department regarding the payments. Somehow the billing department did not receive the checks issued by my Insurance company for their claims. After one month a person from billing department named 'Twyonna' called us in very rude and harsh manner asking when we will pay the amount. We were not even informed about the claim to the Insurance company and that they have not received payment. She was literally asking for the payment by same evening. My self and my Wife were shocked (Not for payments but the way she was asking us). She did not even explained the situation to us. She treated us as if we are thiefs and cheats and will not pay their money. I called my insurance and found that they sent the payments almost a month ago and the check was not deposited. I called the billing back again and said that insurance already have sent the check to them. She was not even willing to cross check and call my Insurance company regarding the payment and rudely told that she did not received any thing. She find it more eay to call us and harrass us rather than following the process of getting payments from insurance and do her own job. I asked my insurance company to call them and inform that they are reissuing the checks to them. It never looked like a call from Doctors office but from some collection agency. Even though I never had experience with collection agency I assume they behave very rude.\r \r Later I called the main office to inform about her rude and unprofessional behaviour and some lady answered and said that she will leave a message with her manager. I do not know what action they took or even if it was escalated. But the way I was treated I will never go again to this place. I will find other good doctors and service and will switch over. I love all these docs. They are sometimes real busy and the practitioners aren't all the best, but the doctors are great and well worth it. I love these guys. Pros: Respectful, so nice, answers all questions Cons: didn't like one of the nurse practitioners more
