I came in for my appt. and there was a new woman up front. To make a long story short, she did not understand my BCBSFL insurance and did not try to get me in to the Doctor even though I was a regular patient and needed care that day and had the money to pay!!! She got all caught up in the filing of the claim. She argued with me until I asked for someone else (who I have never seen before). She called the number on the back of my insurance card and still did not resolve it. After being a patient there for almost 2 years I will not go back because of their front office help.
