Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy. 5/14/2015

This is my second time using Consumer Electric Inc. The first time was ten years ago and they're still great. They put in new sockets throughout my house -- four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a family room, kitchen, and dining room -- and they did a professional job. The men who came out didn't waste any time talking, sitting around, or taking unnecessary brakes. Any good think you can say about them would be fitting. more

Beth the job coordinator was great. She was very efficient and kept me up to date. The 2 technicians, John and Roger were very informative and professional. The actual electricians, Chris and Cody were both very knowledgable . The job was done quickly and well. I actually had Consumer Electric come to my home for advise on our heater. We had a lot of trouble with it for months with another heating company trying to fix it, with no luck. Consumer Electric checked out the wiring and gave me a free estimate on another problem which they were able to fix. more

Prompt and efficient cable re-wiring 4/24/2015

The service techs came out the same day as my call and knew exactly what needed to be done. They went the extra mile to make sure the wiring was done to my satisfaction and made sure everything was working before leaving. Would definitely recommend to anyone needed quality electrical work. more

Estimator responded quickly and guided us in deciding what was best for our needs. Installers came a couple of days later and installed motion detector on side of house and dimmable spotlights on back patio. 100% satisfied. more

If you need a job well done, then I would trust Consumer Electric greatly! 3/11/2015

I really didn't know who to call for my emergency, but I found Consumer Electric in the yellow pages and they caught my attention. When I called, the lady who responded was wonderful and told me someone would come over soon. In fact, someone got to my door within twenty minutes. She was very calming and reassuring. The emergency was that my home alarm wasn't working. This was worrying to me because I rely on it, but my alarm service could not help me. When the electrician came, he showed me the problem and let me know what needed to be done during the time he was there. He determined it needed more work based on the installation of the original service. He took about an eight hour day to reconstruct everything and fixed a great deal of stuff Everything turned out fine and followed-up later asking me if I was satisfied. They told me there was going to be a person available twenty-four hours to take care of any other emergencies; not a machine. Their follow-up, work ethic, and job were great. more

Excellent customer service and electrical work. 2/25/2015

First same day service without the extra cost. Our tenant had an electrical issue at 2pm I contacted a number of electricians to find Consumer Electric available on very short notice. The electrician went above and beyond to quickly resolve the issue. I would highly recommend this company as they are trustworthy, friendly, thorough, and clean. I will hire them for any future electrical needs. more

Very thorough, professional, and informative. 2/23/2015

Consumer Electric was thorough, professional, and informative. They came out to check a circuit that had been tripped and did a thorough test of everything. They were able to reset the circuits and went through and checked everything to see what might have tripped. They were great, and I would use them again. more

Rewiring of Garage 12/12/2014

The electricians arrived at the scheduled time, they were clean, very professional and efficient. They clarified the work to done and began work as soon as all details were clarified. I was very impressed with their work ethics, their knowledge and the professionalism displayed by them. They removed the spaghetti of wires and extension cards that I had been using and installed a very orderly and neat set of plugs and wiring. If ever I am need of this type of work again I will definetly call Consumer Electric I am very glad to have met Roger and his assistant, who were almost like old friends. more

Although I picked your company through Google, it turned out to be an excellent choice. The electrician was punctual, was quick to assess the situation and fix it in a timely manner. He was friendly and courteous. Hopefully, it won't be any time soon but if we need electrical services again, we definitely will be calling on Consumer Electric. more

Outstanding service. 11/11/2014

We have used Consumer Electric Inc. before and would use them again because they provide excellent service. They found something dangerous with our wiring and corrected it in a very short amount of time. They replaced everything throughout the house, including our circuit box, and did so rapidly. We feel a lot safer now that we've had that done, and we really appreciate the work they did. more

Excellent service. Superb customer service. 10/25/2014

Prompt service. Miscommunication caused mistake in cable installation. When notified, new cable replaced. Coordinator called to assure appointment and followup. Techs and office personnel remind me of service from fifty years ago. THEIR CUSTOMERS COME FIRST. Recommend for all electrical needs. more
