I really didn't know who to call for my emergency, but I found Consumer Electric in the yellow pages and they caught my attention. When I called, the lady who responded was wonderful and told me someone would come over soon. In fact, someone got to my door within twenty minutes. She was very calming and reassuring.
The emergency was that my home alarm wasn't working. This was worrying to me because I rely on it, but my alarm service could not help me. When the electrician came, he showed me the problem and let me know what needed to be done during the time he was there. He determined it needed more work based on the installation of the original service. He took about an eight hour day to reconstruct everything and fixed a great deal of stuff
Everything turned out fine and followed-up later asking me if I was satisfied. They told me there was going to be a person available twenty-four hours to take care of any other emergencies; not a machine. Their follow-up, work ethic, and job were great.
