Each and every experience trumps the previous one in excellence and professionalism! From the warm and friendly greetings at the front desk to the impeccable attention-to-detail during the service, I feel appreciated and completely pampered everytime I walk through the doors. Courtney was efficient, listened to my requests, and cut my hair well for a first cut with someone new. She was quiet- not a chatty stylist, but got the job done. I'll go back and bring my daughter more

nice place but prefer the cheap nail salon 4/27/2011

It's very nice, but I don't really want water with orange slices in it. I want to sit there & get my feet rubbed for a full hour, which I could get at the cheaper nail salons for half the price. Mani & pedi are only half an hour each. They are pretty agressive with trying to sell you stuff too. Like going into a car dealership with all of the staff standing around waiting for patrons. more

Having my hair done by Carmen is a monthly treat. I am pampered and well taken care of from the very moment I cross the threshhold at The Conservatory. I have reached an age at which my natural hair color needs assistance and I have never had anything about which to complain, in fact, I can only rave. more

Wonderful highlights... 4/27/2011

I like the fact that there are no suprises when it comes to what you are charged & no sales pressure when it comes to products. My stylist Kerrie always goes over what we are going to do and what the charges are (particularly for color) and asks if that is allright, or would I rather do something else? I feel like everything is honest and upfront & feel no guilt in doing what is best for ME! So far The Conservatory gets a thumbs up from me! more

Great results but at a great price 4/25/2011

I was very happy with the results of my haircut/color- except for the price. It was more expensive than I have EVER paid for these services- reaching $300. While it was a great experience, I think the price is ridiculous- especially for short hair. I'm not sure that I will return- but truly only for this reason. The incentive to come back is only to be assured that you will get what you want- but I think the pricing needs to be addressed. more

This was the LEAST enjoyable experience I've ever had in a spa. I travel frequently and routinely visit spas in every resort/hotel I visit - domestic and abroad. I have also been a long time customer of the Conservatory. But, not any more. The person that performed my service was nice. But, aside from that, nothing to make me want to come back. Lacking in technique. Much too light handed. It was almost as if she wasn't there or was scared to touch you. Also, my last couple experiences with purchasing products was almost as if I had walked in to steal something. Different atmosphere. Don't care for the place any more. more

Beautiful Facility but disappointed with hair results 4/19/2011

I scheduled my appointment following a very high recommendation from a friend. I was going for a very specific cut and color and even brought a picture. Much to my dismay, neither came out right. They still look nice, it's just not quite what I wanted so I left disappointed. There isn't really anything that can be done about the cut but they have, however, scheduled me for a follow up appointment for color correction this week. At this point, I am undecided about whether or not I will be a return salon customer. All that being said, the facility was beautiful and had a wonderful ambiance, the staff was very friendly, and I LOVE my Lavender soy candle!I will probably go back to try their spa services. more

Very Relaxing atmosphere 4/17/2011

The whole experience is very positive and relaxing from the moment you walk in till you leave. I received a great massage from Trina and a manicure/pedicure from Myra. I liked how it was very quit and relaxing everywhere in the spa. Thanks for the relaxing get away that was much needed. :) more
