The ambience is wonderful. As soon as you walk into the building you get a sense of relaxation. The ladies at the front desk are the mostfriendly and helpful. Billie has been taking care of my hair since the birth of my child 9 years ago and is the sweetest, most talented person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with for my hair. more

Billie and all at the Conservatory, I miss you! 5/9/2011

Hi everyone, Please let Billie know that I moved to South Carolina in January and never got to tell her ... it happened quickly. I miss Billie and the ladies up front and those who answer the phone. You are all top notch. I was in Houston for 4.5 years and my haircuts, colors and massages -- plus most importantly your customer service -- saw me through many ups and downs for four of those years! Thank you, especially Billie. It also really touched me when you all wore headscarves for Breast Cancer Awareness. I've been going here for years and believe me I've tried other places and there's no comparison. Michelle does a beautiful job cutting and styling my hair. She's meticulous and very attentive when cutting my hair. As soon as you walk in,the receptionists greet you with your name. They always make you feel special. more

I rarely have to wait when I come in. She always does what I need and also always asks if I am ready for a change in style. She is attentive to my seasonal hair needs and I am always very satisfied with the results. The momentary head massage and the aroma lift are just so relaxing. I walk out feeling like a new woman. more

LOVE THE DO! Once it completely dried, lifted and curled up it looked great. I think you thought i wasn't happy but I truly am and wanted you to know that I really am. It just takes a little getting used to something different even if what you had was yucky. I have wanted this cut for a long time but never felt I had the right person to make it happen until I came across you. I love it! My daughter gave it her seal of approval as well. I will make summer much easier to deal with and more ugly friz and pony tails that just don't flatter me at all. Good Job!!!!! more
