My only concern is: Your prices for the exact same service increased by $40.00 - $50.00 (approx) since my last appointment in January, 2011. When customers are booking you should communicate price increases prior to scheduling service in order for them to make an informed decision regarding affordability. I am lucky I had a coupon to redeem. more

Spa day for my moms 72 nd birthday 4/10/2011

Everything great, but was disappointed that My mothers friend was charged $25 for lunch without Being advised that it cost that much. After Spending $560 dollars there I would expect Either being told of the charge or perhaps not Being charged at all. Staff was kind and helpful more

Carrie has now done my hair 3 times. Now that she is familiar with my hair type and how I like it, she suggested proper care and products to fit what my hair needs. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. It was great. I even booked a facial today too to try out Conservatory's spa services. more
