This is the first time I have had a truly horrible customer experience from an auto related business. First, after the estimate for the damages someone had rear-ended me, I asked for a quote to paint the front as my paint was faded. The lady told me ""Oh, we're too expensive for you. You should just go to Maaco."" I was floored she would be so condescending and rude. The insurance was paying for the repairs and they had a stellar reputation. After a week my truck was finished. Only I come to pick it up and it has a dented, rusty bumper on it, with a bolt falling out! I thought it was a joke, but no. They told me ""it was the best they could find"". I asked them why they didn't buy a new one. The said you can't get them. I asked them why they didn't ready the quote the adjuster sent as it stated IN THE QUOTE where to get a brand new bumper. At this point I noticed they had damaged several pieces of trim on my truck. I pointed it out and said ""that was already there"" and ""It's and old truck, what do you want us to do about it?"" The new bumper came in after several more weeks, and it was fitted. They still had rusty brackets on it, and I asked them why they didn't buy brand new ones as ON THE QUOTE. They said, they would need to order them. Another week passes and I get the brackets on. Only they ordered half of them, and refused to order the other half. I could see rust bubbles on the old ones they had just painted, but refused to replace them.'\r

All told, it took almost two months for them to mostly repair the damage from being rear-ended, but they also caused significant damage to other parts of my truck and refuse to take responsibility. They also refuse to replace 1/2 the brackets even though they were in the quote. The woman ""helping"" me there was condescending, rude, and snide. Avoid if your vehicle isn't pristine, it isn't worth their time.
