I've been a customer of Computing Express for a few years. whenever I have called for computer issues, wireless networking setup or server problems, I've never heard them say ""No, we can't help you"". They are incredibly busy whenever I walk in the store, but always take the time to offer a personal greeting or let me know what new service they have available. I'm a very satisfied customer. more

I used this store twice before and found their staff most helpful and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them to ALL! more

My time at this place has to be the worst. First it's very cluttered no room to walk around in and needs better lighting. Next the service is lousy i waited 20 minutes until someone asked me if i need any help. Then there two employees i think they need to get rid of. One he smelled so bad that I nearly gaged his hair so greasy i think it's blond i think his name was Dan. The other employees looked like he was half asleep or hangover and couldn't comprehend what i was saying to him he also i guess doesn't believe in personal hygiene his beard is over grown not professional liking at all. I understand some guys like having beards but come on keep it groomed and clean his name is i believe is Jeff. then the i believe is the manager kept yelling at them especially at Dan because he wasn't concentrating on his work but i don't blame for he has to deal with two morons but, there is a better way of doing this. Like maybe fire the two. more

Awesome service team! These guys are great! You can tell these guys have a friendly customer service attitude which is so refreshing. I use there Kinek delivery service. They are very accomodating, friendly and easy to communicate with. I have placed my trust in them to receive and hold expensive merchandise and they have not let me down. Great job guys ! I've had my computer for a couple of years and never had any issues with anything until it was dropped and the screen cracked. Computer was still working fine and all...no battery issues what so ever. After computing express fixed my cracked screen, i get my computer back and it doesnt work without the adapter. I call computing express and they tell me i need a new battery for $85. Did you guys steal my battery, give me a defective battery and you want me to spend more money with you guys.??????????????? be careful viewers....one price leads to another price. Also when all i asked computer express to do was to change a cracked screen.......they go on my computer and load files that ""clean"" the computer and added software....seems to me my computer runs slower after i got it back from them. Then they suggested to pay more money to have them install something that will allow my computer to run faster. You guys are the ones who slowed it up by added all that nonsence. Who gave you permission to do this?????? i only told you to replace a cracked screen!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Normally I do not write reviews but I hate seeing that one negative review when I look up the address on Google. I have never been inside the store, but I use the KINEK mailing service they offer quite often (emphasis on ""often""). The staff is amazing. They sign for my packages (thanks Larry!) and have kept them safe for months at a time. I get my in-laws to pick up my stuff because of their closer proximity and they always say how great and friendly the staff is. Accommodating and friendly, that is how it should be. more

There are a lot of places like this in New york, but this is the only shop like it around here. i found out the place I was getting my computers serviced just sent them there and doubled what Computing Express charged. Well I decided to skip the middleman and get the best, fast service above and beyond the call of duty, at wholesale prices,even their product pricing rivals some of the biggest chains and you get local hometown service in DOWNTOWN DETROIT....Thanks you guys!!! I came into Computing Express expecting at least SOME decent service. It wound up that a man named Glennard decided not to do any work for my computer for a whole month. And he still had me pay for it. I was outraged. Cons: Everything more

I had 3 computers that needed service, and the problem was price. A guy named Rob there took care of me, and i had all three of my computers serviced and completed within 4 days. To top it off, he met my amount I was wiling to spend on it too. Very great service, and very great prices. Plus they're friendly. Pros: Service, Price, Friendly more

I was having a heck of a time trying to find a reliable computing resourse outlet.
