I've had my computer for a couple of years and never had any issues with anything until it was dropped and the screen cracked. Computer was still working fine and all...no battery issues what so ever. After computing express fixed my cracked screen, i get my computer back and it doesnt work without the adapter. I call computing express and they tell me i need a new battery for $85. Did you guys steal my battery, give me a defective battery and you want me to spend more money with you guys.??????????????? be careful viewers....one price leads to another price. Also when all i asked computer express to do was to change a cracked screen.......they go on my computer and load files that ""clean"" the computer and added software....seems to me my computer runs slower after i got it back from them. Then they suggested to pay more money to have them install something that will allow my computer to run faster. You guys are the ones who slowed it up by added all that nonsence. Who gave you permission to do this?????? i only told you to replace a cracked screen!!!!!!!!!!!!!
