Normally I do not write reviews but I hate seeing that one negative review when I look up the address on Google. I have never been inside the store, but I use the KINEK mailing service they offer quite often (emphasis on ""often""). The staff is amazing. They sign for my packages (thanks Larry!) and have kept them safe for months at a time. I get my in-laws to pick up my stuff because of their closer proximity and they always say how great and friendly the staff is. Accommodating and friendly, that is how it should be.
