The WORST customer service experience I've ever encountered. They will be perfectly nice, friendly and promising...until they get your computer. I paid for expedited service, was told 3-5 days. I'm now going on 6 weeks, and they have never once called me to communicate any issue. Every piece of info I've received was because I called them (after giving it a week or more between my phone calls after not hearing from them). First they supposedly mis-dialed my number (ever hear of trying again), then they supposedly got in a faulty part, then they re-ordered the part and it took longer than expected to get in, then it was the holidays...and now I still don't have my computer. When I told them I expected my computer within 2 more days, the guy got irate and started acting like it was no big deal, saying ""things happen."" He never apologized, continued to make excuses, cut me off when I tried to speak, and when I told him I would contact the Better Business Bureau, he told me he ""doesn't respond to threats."" I doubt I will ever get my computer back, and if I do, that it will work. I don't trust these guys, and cannot stress enough to anyone reading this to NOT give them your business.
