Really disappointed. I am sorry to report my experience was poor. I asked on the phone for specific details on price and services, and even again in person immediately prior to my appointment, and yet was still presented with a bill TRIPLE the amount TWICE quoted. The front desk explained that it was my fault for not asking the vet directly for the cost of each conversation and detail during the exam. There was not a bit of kindness, friendliness, or compassion at any point during my interactions with the front desk staff, and they were distinctly uneducated regarding the services provided to the extent that I was given incorrect information that could potentially endanger my dog. Only upon extreme pressing was I able to get proper recommendations from the vet on staff. The vet & vet tech were fine, average is really the word. I would advise other pet owners to steer clear. The prices are appealing but the reality is this place will promise one thing and then fail to maintain their word. I only got routine vaccines for my pet and shiver at the idea of trusting such a shady place for anything more extensive. I should've paid more attention to other online reviews and not trusted this clinic.
