It’s a gold star residence for any rehab. They pay their electric bill because the air is always piping out cold! The food is good and they are not stingy, they give you too much. more

Everyone has been really nice. Grace is my favorite!! Jamie in therapy is great too! more

I love the girls in OT and PT. They really make me feel at home too. It’s not like going to work with a stranger. I only met one guy in therapy but he was great too. more

The techs Yvette, Christina, Kimmie and April were excellent. The food was excellent. Seasoned well and very appetizing. more

Facility was clean and well maintained. Staff were professional. Replied to requests promptly. Congenial and obviously well trained. Physicians were extremely responsive and attentive to my questions and needs. Obviously the staff is experienced and well trained. In summary, in my opinion, this is an excellent rehabilitation facility and I recommend it highly to anyone who requires such services. more

The care here is fantastic! All, and I mean every single person did their job well! They were more than helpful! Nurses, techs, therapist, the doctor, everyone explained things so that I could understand. They took the time to make sure I got it! This experience was all new to me! I had never been to rehab before and they did a great job helping me! I felt welcomed, valued and I appreciate everyone that helped me and all those that support the nurses, techs, therapists, doctors, etc. Such an amazing team! The food, wow! The food is great and so was the service! There was always someone in the dining room to help me, always someone there! To me, that is very important! The place is clean and everyone is friendly. I didn’t enjoy being away from home, but I did enjoy getting well at Community Rehab! I highly recommend this place for those that need help healing and getting back to their life! This place really cares, you can just feel it! Thank you to all of you kind souls that helped me get well! I will be forever grateful! more

I’m not sure where to begin, so I’ll start with recognizing a few people. The nurses are amazing, especially Marsha, but Mary and Kristy are darn good as well! Several nursing techs helped me a lot; Miisha, Aerial, Kimmie, but especiallly Michelle!!! Sarah was my PT angel, Lindsey my speech angel and Claire my OT! I would be remiss if I didn’t say something about my wonderful Recreation Therapist, I only wish I could have worked with her more! Thank you Mary! This place works together to get you better! I appreciate everything that each and every staff member did to help me get well! You are an amazing team! more

I cannot say enough positive things about this rehab facility! EVERYONE was amazing! I feel like I got my life back! I am prepared to go home and continue my rehabilitation. Fantastic nursing care, amazing therapy, great food, clean hospital. Everyone was kind and caring, from the housekeeping staff to the good doctor! Everyone treated me with kindness and respect! Thank you to all that helped me and that makes Community Rehab a great place to get strong again! more

Everyone here is nice! Sometimes I can be an old grump, but it doesn’t phase them, they just give me kindness back. Everything about this place is good! more

Johnny on the spot! April, Lynn were the best techs! Cat was my spirit lifter! You know a persons’ attitude walks in the door with them, and here each person walked in with a smile and ready to help me! Rene - sweet as can be from the moment I arrived! She was the first person I met and she instantly put me at ease. I knew I was in the right place! Jeanna - simply GREAT! Ryan in therapy, he could be my grandson! He’s great able bodied help! A backup asset! Raddy, another backup asset! Sussan is great! She worked me hard, but I got better because of it! She is also a great cheerleader. Why, so many people here are good cheerleaders! They want what is best for each of the patients here! They absolutely want us to get well! Everyone here is awesome! The food is amazing too! I don’t know the cooks name, or the dietary help, because they just quietly go about making and serving our food. And it’s good! It’s almost like you can tast the love and pride they put into making sure we have good food to eat! Same with your housekeeping angels...just going about doing their jobs, making sure our room and the whole place are clean and pleasant! THANK YOU! I will come back here some day to visit and I will bring all kinds of homemade goodies for all the staff to show my appreciation Thank you Community Rehab!!!I These words aren’t adequate to express my gratitude, but it’s all I can do right know. I can’t say enough good things about CRH! The care here is very good! They answered questions completely and honestly. Very patient as sometimes I needed things explained more than once! the nurses and techs are amazing. My only complaint is that there needs to be more of them....they are spread way to thin! They work their tails off! Oh and the grub here is amazing! The food is fantastic! Did I mention that the food was great! I’m not kidding they do an amazing job feeding all of us picky patients! I am 65% better physically than when I got here! I’m thrilled that I had Noreen and Sussan for therapy! Noreen is top notch! The best there is, she and I just clicked and she had some really good ideas to help my leg get stronger! She worked extra hard to help me and I am so grateful! She has done so much for me! I feel better and stronger! I got to participate in a group activity for therapy! It was fun and I didn’t even know I was working on getting stronger! The room is nice and big and clean. In fact the whole hospital is spic and span clean! more

I am not an emotional man, but I get a bit choked up when I talk about the people at Community Rehab. They gave me my life back! I got hit by a car, and should not have lived! I am not walking by myself yet, but I have learned to do so much on my own. I will walk back in here some day soon and thank these fine people for all they have done for me! I have even met some new friends! We eat meals together in the dining room and that helped me not get down in the dumps! Interacting with staff and patients helped me stay positive. It’s been a rough go, but I am deeply grateful for the kindness and TLC I received while here! From the doctor, nurses, techs, therapist, case managers and housekeeping staff, all took such great care of me! I feel ready and fully equipped to go home and tackle this next phase of my recovery! Thank you Community Rehab! This is THE place to go for the best rehab care! more

I like this place for many reasons, but being an African American, I especially like that there is great diversity in the employees and patients! People here were just accepting of me and allowed me to be myself! I can’t stand to see people walking around looking like they are sucking on lemons....you don’t see that at all at CRH! Everyone is smiling and happy! If they are dealing with personal difficulties, they leave it at the door and don’t let it effect how they care for patients! Amazing people! Being here has opened up doors for me to meet people that are now friends! The therapists and nurses, techs have all been really cool! I can’t say a bad word about any of them! Yolanda and Latoya the techs were amazing! Jazzy (Jazmine) was awesome too! The facility is clean and the food is okay, or good for hospital food. The doctor, Aiken was just like a regular person! He even laughed with me! All departments were stand out! more

If I could, I would give this place more than 5 stars! The girls have been great! I say girls because all of my therapist, my doctor and most of my nurses and techs are female. (Except for Roger). Everyone is awesome! They have been with me every step of the way and they have helped me with joy! They have helped me get stronger and to learn new and safe ways to get around and new ways to take care of myself. I have been lots of places and the people are wonderful! I can’t say a bad word about any one of them! They made dinner a big deal! I had trouble being in the dining room at first, but they made it fun! Roger, was amazing in so many ways! He watched me and checked me on me all the time. I ended up having to go back to the main hospital. He caught it early and saved me a lot of pain and suffering or worse! He is very skilled, motivating and so very kind! Thank you Roger! The other nurses and techs have been wonderful and timely! I know they treat all of their people like this, with kindness, patience and proficiency! They all deserve a pay raise! This is NOT a nursing home. They go above an beyond in all they do! I love my therapy people too! Sarah and Claire, are so young but they treated me like I was their mom. They are precious! Not pushy, but make you want to do the work to get better! I could just take them home with me and treat them like the diamonds that they are...so very precious and wonderful! Food is very good! The hospital is very clean and not smelly or unkept! Everyone that I have come into contact with has been very sweet, hard working and very caring. You sure can’t say that about every place! I love this place and I’m grateful for the great care! more

Everyone and I mean EVERY single person I encountered was kind, considerate, patient, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with...doctors, therapists, receptionist, nurses, techs, dietary and housekeeping, Very caring people! more

Everyone was nice! All staff stood out in my mind! They did a blood draw every day, but good ‘ol Doc. tikes took car of it so I didn’t have to do it daily! It’s a good thing in a way, as they were being overly cautious. They have compassionate nurses and therapist! The food is good and the rooms and hospital are clean! more

My only negative feedback is that I have very sensitive hearing and the dining room is very loud. It would be helpful if they turned the TV down during meals, and did something to muffle the sound from the kitchen. My aids and tech’s were vey nice and helpful! I absolutely LOVE the fact that you have a therapy dog! It was the highlight of my stay to see Bullet! He’s so special and really motivated me! I recently lost my dog and he just really, really lifted me up! The food is good, especially the Italian meatloaf and biscuits! I learned so much about how to take care of myself and how to help myself continue to heal! Thank you Community Rehab! more

ALL staff are nice and respectful. Beni, she’s my favorite! She works me hard, but explains why and how it will help me get well. That helped me understand! Joyce was great and taught me all kinds of things to help keep me safe! I got really good treatment and I accomplished a lot. I can get around on my own now, which I couldn’t before I came here. I feel prepared and safe to go home. The hospital is also clean and housekeeping did a great job keeping my room clean! Thank you CRH! more
