10/31/2011 Today, my wife asked me to take our Honda CR-V to Commonwealth Motors, because the brake light came on a few times over the last few days. She was concerned because her Honda CR-V is the car she used to take our children to school each day. We were so happy to learn that the problem could be easily fixed, and that it could be fixed quickly too, just as we waited! I went to buy a car this weekend and was shocked at how easy the experience was!!!! I was nervous in the beginning but Ainsley made the process very easy and comfortable for me. I never feel like I am being scammed at commonwealth honda. I get sent coupons periodically that are good for oil changes, tires, rotations, etc. Everything is priced fairly, the service is excellent and fast. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended! more

I purchased the kia sorento lx on 6/11/11. I absolutely love the vehicle. I did all my research and looked at other brands and got so much more from the kia, nothing else even came close. The warranties are also amazing on it. My husband and I had been loyal vw owners for the past 20 years & a total of 5 vw. I dealt with Ivan, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, & courteous. The delivery of the car was the best delivery experience , he went over every feature in detail, checked over the car thoroughly with me and synced my blue tooth phone for me. Full tank of gas. My husband and I went to Commonwealth Kia to look into purchasing a new vehicle. At our first meeting, Ivan was very friendly and informative. He wasn't pushy at all. We came to an agreement on price, we put down a deposit that we were told was refundable, and made plans to return the following day. Upon further review, my husband and I realized that buying the new vehicle was not in our budget and we requested our deposit back. At first it seemed like there was no problem, and we were told to return to the dealership on Tuesday for our refund. However, the salesman then continuously called my husband numerous time trying to keep the sale, despite the fact that we told him we were no longer interested for financial reasons. Both Ivan and his sales manager became quickly agitated with us for changing our mind about our purchase of a new vehicle and called us LIARS numerous times because we decided to purchase a more affordable used vehicle instead of a brand-new vehicle that we could not afford from their dealership. They are now REFUSING to give us our refund that we are entitled to, and they hung up the phone on us numerous time when we called to request our money back. We were never informed that the deposit was non-refundable; in fact, before we made the deposit, Ivan assured me that I would be able to get my deposit of $500 back if we were to change our mind about the purchase. We informed the dealership less than 24 hours later, and yet they are still refusing to refund our money claiming that they do not have to give deposits back to ""lying, dishonest customers"" like ourselves. I would be very careful when dealing with this company. They are sweet as pie if you are planning to hand over money, but as soon as you change your mind, they turn into slimy, dishonest men. I am appalled by the way we were treated, and I strongly caution anyone from making a purchase here. more

I've had my new Kia Sorrento for 2 weeks now and have been TOTALLY SATISFIED! We bought a Ford Fusion at a NH dealership last fall and the care that all the people at Commonwealth gave us was a far better experience, from the sales people, to the sales manager, and even the final step with business manager. My wife and I went to ""just look at new cars"" on Saturday. We chose Commonwealth Motors because we coult shop many brands at one location. We started at the Kia dealership and our salesman Jeff was a no pressure type of guy. We test drove a Kia Optima and really liked it (have a Honda Accord). We got an offer from Kia and left to search for more options. Visited a few dealerships and looked at other options as well as similar Optima's. After multiple offers and multiple call backs form Commonwealth we decided that Commonwealth gave a good deal so we bought a Kia Optima LX. The best car buying experience that I can remember. more

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Commonwealth Motors and am very pleased with my new truck!! I experienced the best customer service at Commonwealth. My salesman was extremely friendly and didn't pressure me into purchasing something I didn't want. I also felt that the finance representative that I dealt with didn't try to ""up sell"" me on extended warranties or anything else that I didn't want. I went into Commonwealth knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and left with something of higher quality at the same price! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. more

We have been going to Commonwealth motors for years. We have purchased 3 cars from Commonwealth, my current car is a Honda. We love the dealership. Sales dept was great and the service dept. is even better. i have 92,000 miles on my car and I have never had any problem with my visits to the service dept. The service advisors are very friendly and always willing to go that extra mile to make us happy. I know they say ?shop us last? but we think you should save some time and start with Commonwealth Motors because they really do offer the lowest prices. We used kia, Edmunds and consumerreports to get quotes, and Commonwealth was the lowest. Also, matching their great prices was the outstanding customer service. Our sales person was Keith Audy and Hiram Cruz was our finance person, both were fantastic to work with. We will definitely be returning for future purchases and would highly recommend this dealership. more
