Best Experience 12/20/2011

I had the best experiednce I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Keith Audey was professional, knowlegeable., answered all my concerns and is very customer oriented. Also, the Finance and Dept. Managers were also the same. They made me feel at ease with no pressure at all. I would recommend Commonwealth to friends and family and it was a pleasure doing business with them. more

Fair Price and Excellent Service 12/16/2011

They have an excellent customer service and all my doubts or questions were answered. Above all the price was fair. I decided to by an new Odyssey and enjoying my van for 5months. The buying process was very easy and completed same day. I went to lot of other dealer before buying from them but found this dealer very customer friendly. I also did lot of research on price and got a very fair price from them. I will recommend going to this Commonwealth Honda. Happy to be part of them. more

Buying a New Volkswagon 12/13/2011

I had a wonderful buying experience at Commonwealth Motors. I really needed help deciding what to buy as I was switching brands due to the tsunami induced unavailabilty of my usual choice. I was fortunate to have a well informed and helpful salesperson, John, who inrtoduced me to several alternatives. Obviously I would recommend Commonwealth Motors as I am a repeat customer and appreciate the quality of service as well as the smooth sale. more

Commonwealth Nissan - Great Service 12/3/2011

From the moment I drove in I was pleased with the service. The wait was minimal and the attendant took care of me almost instantly. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. The car was well inspected and I was told of possible things that would need to be taken care of. I will definitely come here again. more

I leased a 2012 Honda Civic this past weekend, late on Sunday, drove it home on Tuesday evening! This is my 3rd leased Honda at Commonwealth and my best experience, yet. Both Gary K. and John M. made my experience easy and affordable! I love my new car! more

The best service!! 11/24/2011

I took my Nissan Xterra in for service having never been to Commonwealth before. The service was great and they took the time to explain what I needed done and didn't try to sell me anything additional that I did not need. The waiting rooms are comfortable and clean with lots of options of where to sit depending on if you want to watch tv or use wifi. The bathrooms are extremely clean and everyone was great! I worked with Sean and Fred. This is now my new dealership for service of my Xterra and when I am in the market for a new car I will be heading to Commonwealth Motors! I highly recommend this dealership and with it's close proximity to RT495 it is also extremely easy to get to!! more

Shop Them Last and You Will Be Pleased 11/24/2011

I had an amazing experience going to Commonwealth Dealership. I shopped them last and I am pleased for doing so. I dealt with other dealerships looking for a new VW Jetta and had awful experience. Lawerence Commonwealth is very professional and helpful without feeling pressured into buying. Nick was amazing to work with. Best dealer I have every worked with. I highly recommend Lawerence Commonwealth dealership. more

Spectacular Service!!!! 11/14/2011

I just got my car serviced today at Commonwealth Honda. They are excellent mechanics and have such nice employees. They even offer a shuttle service, they brought me all the way to the far end of lowell and even picked me up. The prices are very fair and I highly recommend going to Commonwealth Honda! more

Excellent Service Experience 11/9/2011

I recently utilized the Express Service at Commonwealth Honda, Lawrence where I did not schedule a formal service appointment for an oil change and tire rotate. This was my 3rd visit for this type of service and I was even more impressed than from my previous visits. I was professionally greeted upon arrival by ""Charles Tsoukaris"". The Service Advisor also honored the discounted oil change coupon that I had. Total service was less than 1 hour which was quicker than expected. I was extremely pleased with the dealership for it's cleanliness, ease of entry/departure and overall professionalism displayed by Charles T. I will certainly be returning for future service work at Commonwealth Honda, Lawrence and will also be planning to make my next new car purchase at Commonwealth Honda, Lawrence. more

Commonwealth VW is the best! 11/8/2011

I recently bought a new Jetta TDI from Cory Faro at Commonwealth VW. I was trading in my Jetta that I bought a couple years ago for the automatic TDI model. I was very limited as for what I could afford, and the sales department did everything possible to get me into the car I loved. I recommend Commonwealth to anyone I know looking to buy a car. more

I use them for all of my service. Won't go anywhere else. They are always fast and friendly, prices are good, and I love the consistency. They are also very thorough in explaining everything, and I've never felt like they were just trying to sell more services that I didn't need. more

Great experience 11/5/2011

I came in last week for a Honda Accord lease deal they had posted online. I called ahead and talked to Paula, she was very helpful answering my questions. Then once I came in they had sold all of the Accords the day before but helped me find a new Civic EX that was actually a better fit. Ended up spending a little bit more but loving the new features and definitely made the right choice. Gary was very helpful and worked hard to make sure I was happy. The plus to the lease, too, was that they returned my old plates, got the new ones, did the inspection, taxes, etc. Saved me some hassle and got me in a nice, new safe car, right away. I would definitely recommend them. more

Great place to buy a new car! 11/1/2011

I had a great experience at Commonwealth. My girlfirend had purchased her car there, and recommended it to me. Now, I can see why. They were very helpful both before and after my purchase. The important thing to me is that they treat you right AFTER you make the purchase, and so far, they are exceeding my expectations. Ask for Vladimir Lopez, he has been a great help to me and definitely a salesperson I look forward to doing business again with in the future. more
