We recently made a switch to CIMS because our old community management firm was not very responsive. After going out to bid, we ultimately selected CIMS because of their service model and competitive pricing. Our manager at CIMS has been very responsive and professional. He has worked hard to negotiate savings with vendors and is always looking for ways to save our association money. CIMS has also been responsive to our homeowners and have addressed issues before they become problems. We look forward to a strong partnership with the organization. Sandi F. Great employee, great company! 10/6/2011

I have been a home owner for approx. 7 years. Having gone through 3 Property Management companies, I find my experience with Common Interest, particularly with Bo Crane the property manager for our association, to be outstanding. Bo is not only the most efficient manager our association has ever had but is also prompt with returning calls and as pleasant as ever. What else could one want from a property manager?! I commend Common Interest on hiring such a great employee! \r more

A Well Oiled Machine 3/31/2011

Our HOA board switched our management company over to CIMS a few months ago. It's so nice to deal with a company that has it's act together. They've made a huge difference in how smoothly our HOA is running. more
