I bought a Comfortpedic KNOTTINGHAM VICTORIA Mattress from them at a matteress gallery in las vegas in 2007 for $4000+ its suppose to have a non prorated 20year warrenty and less than years the matteress is sagging and shows a huge lump in middle of bed. I contacted them and they told me they don't have a dealer in vegas anylonger and I need to send the mattress to them in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to have it inspected. I live in vegas. what a bunch of crap they should replace it or atleast have me pay for a independent mattress inspector to look at it which i did and he said mattress needs to be replaced. but they won't send me a new mattress or come pick up the old so i am out of luck and $4000 for a crappy mattress.
