I had problems with my Carrier A/C. Within a couple of hours after calling Daniel Escarcega showed up and within 30 minutes he diagnosed my problems which included low Pureon and bad capacitors and 60 amp breaker. He added Pureon and set up a visit two days later to replace the bad parts that are under warranty. Daniel was great,,,compenent and courteous. Good man! Due to personal business, Eric Banda showed up for the followup and the to was competent and courteous. Fixed everything. Comfort-Air will be my A/C folks in the future. I have had a fair amount of experience with service companies and this is well run operation. Stew more

Eric Randall, I have a Trane unit. The Carrier info on my ticket looks like the unit we installed and repaired for my daughter on Wildrose last summer. My Trane air handler appears to be Model TWE065E13FB. The Trane heat pump is correctly listed on my Ticket 178077 dated 08-26-14. Thanks for your continued excellent service. We have used Comfort Air in the past to service our AC and Heating systems, for which they have always done an excellent job. Yesterday we used their Primo plumbing service to help us with a leaky faucet. The gentleman that helped us could not have been nicer or more prompt. On top of that he was also very good at his job. The faucet was fixed and now we know who to go to for all of our AC and plumbing needs. Thanks Comfort Air! more

After being referred to Comfort Air from a former employee, I was really looking forward to a great experience. Over all our experience was satisfactory, only saved by Conner and Tony. Our part needed to be pulled from the furnace and looked at to see what we needed. The furnace is old and we understood, even thought we were displaced from our home for more then 24 hours. I was told the parts guy wanted to actually see it...okay fine. Conner left my house for the second time and said someone would be in touch. Nobody ever was. I had to call that night and try to find anything out but by then it was too late. I was told to call back and speak to Mark in the morning. I called promptly at 8 and ask for Mark, he's on the phone so I leave a message. 30 minutes later I get a call back and he says he's found the part and gives a quote. I tell him I'll call him back after speaking to my husband. I called back an hour later and spoke to Janelle and told her we were good to go, she seemed to know what we needed done, even referencing certain parts, and scheduled me in-between 12-5. 3:45 in the afternoon rolls around I still haven't gotten a call that Conner is on his way back out. I call for an update and after a few minutes, Mark gets on the phone and informs me that he never ordered the part because he never heard back from me. To say that I didn't appreciate his tone and his wording is an understatement. I informed him, yes I did call back and Janelle scheduled me. Sounding very put out he tells me he'll "See what he can do," and hangs up. As close as you can get to hanging up on a person as you can get. I was extremely disappointed in his manners and the lack of customer service skills he exhibited. Everything worked out only because of Tony and Conner. If it weren't for them, I would have been extremely dissatisfied with all aspects of Comfort Air. I don't know how I feel about recommending Comfort, simply because I wouldn't want anyone to have to be spoken to the way Mark spoke to me. I was in the service industry for many years and that man is severely lacking skill. more

We have had trouble with our heater since December and finally had a part replaced only to have it go out again last week. Comfort Air had someone out the same day and there was no charge as they were coming out to do out winter check up anyway. The representative Mike Gomez had it up and running in less than an hour. more

Comfort Air came out on an emergency appt. Called that morning and they were here in under 4 hours. We had the gold program which helped save us money on parts. Repair was done and our heater is working again. Thank you, Jacob. more

Today Comfort Air checked on my two heating units as part of the yearly maintenance agreement. My first compliment is to Tony who followed up with me to schedule an appointment. I appreciate his pro-activeness to ensure the second half of my maintenance contract was fulfilled. Maz was the service technician who checked my heating units. He was courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. He did a thorough check of both units, provided me maintenance recommendations and was generally a nice person. I appreciate the time Maz took to inspect the units. I have been a customer of Comfort Air for at least 10 years and always have a positive experience when I engage them.
