Eric Randall, I have a Trane unit. The Carrier info on my ticket looks like the unit we installed and repaired for my daughter on Wildrose last summer. My Trane air handler appears to be Model TWE065E13FB. The Trane heat pump is correctly listed on my Ticket 178077 dated 08-26-14. Thanks for your continued excellent service.
