Have tried to receive promised refund at least six times, The check is always "" in the mail"". more

I called and ask for a free estimate, I ask him to call b4 he comes.. He does. The fan on my outside unit just stopped working. He opens the board and checks it out...he tells me to turn the thermostat to 60 degrees.. he goes up in the crawl space.. He goes back n forth to his truck, the crawl space and the thermostat. I ask what he thinks it might be..He says, ""IT, is getting no power."" No other explanation. I go back n forth to my outside unit.. Walla, Its working!!!... I asked him what was wrong..He said that I needed a new unit.. I asked how is that with no warning It was working at nite and in the morning it wouldnt work... He told me that the units only last 5 to 6 yrs and mine is about 15 yrs old but he would replace mine with a 10 yr warranty... for $3500. he said that there was a wire or two touching and it created a short..He brought a clipboard with paper on it and started writing.. He said okay... u dont want to replace it...That will be $89. I asked, ""FOR WHAT?"" He said because I fixed your unit!! I said ..hold on I was right here and at no time did u ask me to go forward..I thought it was so easy u just did it..A little electrical tape..Walla!!! I asked for an estimate!!! He never even mentioned what needed to be done or how much it would cost.... HE JUST DID IT!!! I dont even know what a turnip truck looks like so I dont know how he assumed I just fell off of one!!!.... do not call any of these numbers for Heating or Cooling.... 704- 266-6267, 704-449-0154 or any other number where he answers by saying hello and not identifying himself or his company...on there site it states That there quote is the only price charged and no tacked on prices and no hidden fees...I guess in order for this to be true ...they would have to give u an estimate and not just Do the work and CHARGE YOU!!! brown1264 I think its time for another BBB call!!! more

I looked this company up in the yellow pages and it said that he his prices would be 25% lower and that you can $25 off with his ad. THAT'S ALL A LIE! HE IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST LIARS I HAVE EVER MEANT. He was suppose to be at my house at 9:30am on November 24, 2010 but he got there at 4:30pm. I work 3rd shift, I had been up all day looking for him and I was very upset. He apologized so I let it go. I showed him the ad in the phone book about the $25 off. He did not do this either, so I let that slide also. He charged me $60 for that visit. He said I needed a piece for my unit, he would have to order it, and that it should be back the following Monday. So I called him Monday and he said I'll call you when I'm on my way and later on when I called him back he said, I'll be there this time and that time. To this day, 8 days later he still have not showed up neither have he called. HE IS THE BIGGEST CROOK IN CHARLOTTE. DO NOT CALL HIM FOR ANYTHING. HE WILL RIP YOU OFF. HE CHARGED ME $60 TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND I HAVE REPORTED HIM TO BBB. UNJUST DON'T PROSPER. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER! Our heating just stopped, around 7 pm at night. My husband and I called contractor after contractor and no one picked up. That's not how you run a business. Lee picked up on the second ring and was out the within the hour. That's service. more
