I looked this company up in the yellow pages and it said that he his prices would be 25% lower and that you can $25 off with his ad. THAT'S ALL A LIE! HE IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST LIARS I HAVE EVER MEANT. He was suppose to be at my house at 9:30am on November 24, 2010 but he got there at 4:30pm. I work 3rd shift, I had been up all day looking for him and I was very upset. He apologized so I let it go. I showed him the ad in the phone book about the $25 off. He did not do this either, so I let that slide also. He charged me $60 for that visit. He said I needed a piece for my unit, he would have to order it, and that it should be back the following Monday. So I called him Monday and he said I'll call you when I'm on my way and later on when I called him back he said, I'll be there this time and that time. To this day, 8 days later he still have not showed up neither have he called. HE IS THE BIGGEST CROOK IN CHARLOTTE. DO NOT CALL HIM FOR ANYTHING. HE WILL RIP YOU OFF. HE CHARGED ME $60 TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND I HAVE REPORTED HIM TO BBB. UNJUST DON'T PROSPER. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.
