I had an abscess over 2 weeks ago they wrote me a script for lortabs and told me to take them as needed for the pain. I made the appointment to have the 2 teeth removed and the lady behind the counter told me they would write me another script for painkillers after they removed the teeth.Well today here I sit in pain they gased me while removing the teeth so I didn't really have any pain then but as soon as it wore off I felt pain more intense then when I had the abscess. And they refused to give me anything for the pain. I will never go back there ever. They were friendly but not very informative. And I have never heard of a place extracting teeth and giving nothing for pain. They had the nerve to tell me to take advil really come on advil doesn't even get rid of my headaches. Actually they don't deserve the one star. more

Comfort Dental Care in Pensacola, Florida is the best dental clinic I have every had. The service is fantastic. Prices VERY reasonable. Every single person at the clinic treats with the highest of respect., as though you are a member of their family. One does not sit and wait for hours for the appointment, within minutes of your scheduled time you are in the dental chair. I had several crowns, 3 root canals & various other things done in one day, plus a partial made within one week which fit perfectly. They accommodated me to the max as I was due to depart for work overseas. I would not even conceive going to another dental clinic-- BTW ---they gave a FULLY itemized cost of what all the treatments would come to BEFORE they did the work & left the decision up to me. I rate Comfort Dental as AAAA++++ You can't go wrong. more

I walked in after having my insurance changed and needing to find a new dentist. I was having a loose crown and needed it fixed fairly rapidly. The dentist spent all of about 2 minutes with me and told me his assistant would go over the options since it could not be fixed. She told me since I was young and it was a front tooth I needed an implant. I was was horrified and nervous. She showed me the flipper and said no one would ever tell. I saw the $3500 quote and just didn't have that kind of money but was able to borrow it. The day came I had to fill my own prescriptions for the sedation and take them on my own which was fine except they charged me 400 on top of it for ""sedation"" Then I got a call us sometime around three months after and no instruction or details of what to expect. Then come to find out I was charged another 400 for the flipper they never gave me. They told me this 15 dollar retainer was the flipper. Flat out lie. I contacted a few other dentists after the fact and found out that it would have been close to half the price not to have gone there. DO YOU RESEARCH FIRST! They will not help you through this at all. I would rate them with no stars but this site won't let me. Pros: They do actually follow through with the sedation promise. Cons: They lie and are very overpriced. more
