I walked in after having my insurance changed and needing to find a new dentist. I was having a loose crown and needed it fixed fairly rapidly. The dentist spent all of about 2 minutes with me and told me his assistant would go over the options since it could not be fixed. She told me since I was young and it was a front tooth I needed an implant. I was was horrified and nervous. She showed me the flipper and said no one would ever tell. I saw the $3500 quote and just didn't have that kind of money but was able to borrow it. The day came I had to fill my own prescriptions for the sedation and take them on my own which was fine except they charged me 400 on top of it for ""sedation"" Then I got a call us sometime around three months after and no instruction or details of what to expect. Then come to find out I was charged another 400 for the flipper they never gave me. They told me this 15 dollar retainer was the flipper. Flat out lie. I contacted a few other dentists after the fact and found out that it would have been close to half the price not to have gone there. DO YOU RESEARCH FIRST! They will not help you through this at all. I would rate them with no stars but this site won't let me.
Pros: They do actually follow through with the sedation promise.
Cons: They lie and are very overpriced.
