I just purchased a leather sofa set from here, was sofa and love seat, $2,000. Real leather, not the bonded or blended stuff that is gonna peel or crack in a short time. \r

AJ was my sales rep and he did fine. Not really detailed, with extra information, but then that's my job. The concern is the look and comfort here right?\r

He did mention the guardsmen warranty which covers just about everything for about $140. After a bit of research on that company, I saved my $140, couldn't find a review higher that 1 star on guardsmen, good thing you can't do a zero star I guess. \r

Anyway my purchase went smoothly, they even have a 12 month same a cash deal, so free money for a few months. \r

The delivery was scheduled $89, and was called the day before with a 4 hour ""window"" as I was explained they would do when we 1st scheduled the delivery, and was told I would get a call when they were on the way. \r

Here we go, Friday I get the window for Saturday 12:30 to 4:30, Saturday comes, and sure enough I get a call at 1:00 ok sir we are on the way. Oops I had to run off and was about 20 minutes away. I explain to the guy he says No Problem! I will sit tight and wait for you. \r

Sure enough they are there when I get home, he comes in to see where it is going, looks for any moving issues and brings in the set. The unwrap every thing and assemble what they need to and set everything up right where I want it and then proceed to ask me to inspect everything and ask if there are any issues. \r

It all looks fine to me. He then takes pictures (good idea) and they then clean everything up and we are done. \r

My set has a good ""new car"" smell. That new leather smell. \r
\r
I really like the set, the store, the service, the whole deal, and feel it was at a good price. \r

I have purchased a couple of appliances from them as well as a bedroom set. \r
\r
I think complaints may be over done. \r
\r
