I have already recommended Beth DeRidder and Columbia Printing & Graphics to other brides in the Columbia area. This was one of the easiest vendor choices we made -- Beth and her team were recommended to us by others who consistently use them and have a good experience. As we prepared for our wedding, Beth worked with us on every piece of our paper suite and more. They helped us with determining a logo that we then would use on napkins, koozies, thank you notes, etc. We also had them print our save-the-date, invites for our rehearsal dinner and wedding, and travel guides for our welcome bags. With each of these pieces I had a very particular vision -- Beth and her team only enhanced that vision by making suggestions that made it better than I could have imagined! I found them to be approachable and easily accessible - even though I live in out of town (Raleigh, NC). We were able to handle most things via email but on a couple of occasions, Beth went out of her way to have things shipped to me so that I could make decisions. I am still receiving compliments on the paper suite that we created and since that was a very important part of the wedding process for me, I can't help but give them the highest of reviews! This was one of the best experiences during my planning process. Because it was such an important process, when it was time to do the invitations for my mother-in-law's 50th birthday a few months later -- I sought out Beth immediately. Again, they produced quality work, made my vision become a reality and did so in a timely fashion. Can't say enough good things! more

Beth was a pleasure to work with! A friend of mine recommended her and I am so glad she did! She sat down with me in the beginning and helped me brainstorm Save the Date and Invitation ideas. She had a ton of examples that were helpful! She is very quick to respond to emails or phone calls-which is so important when you're planning a wedding. I've recommended her to my mother in law for the rehearsal invitations. She is great to work with and I will most certainly recommend her to any of my friends that plan to get married! more

A friend recommended Beth to us for wedding invitations. The price was too good to be true and the quality of the work was awesome! I had to have my invitations re-printed due to the venue changing and Beth was so prompt and professional about getting them back to me in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Columbia Printing and Graphics!! BETH IS AWESOME! I got married last May, and I had everything that needed to be printed done by Beth! Koozies, signs, napkins, invites... Even my Mother-in-law loved everything so much that she used her for Rehearsal dinner needs! Everything for both events went together so perfectly. And I am pretty OCD and slightly controlling. :/ By the end of my planning, I was a little stressed, and just let Beth make some of the decisions. That is how much faith I had in her skills and knowledge! I have recommended her to all of my friends that got engaged and they all ended up loving her! I know I will use Columbia Printing and Graphics for anything else I need in the future and continue to speak highly of and recommend them to anyone! Thanks again, Beth! We had seen a friends Save the Dates done by Beth and liked them, so we went to meet with her. Everything was great at first. I had showed her a print out of what I wanted and just asked her to add a few things. We were on a tight schedule, so before we hired her I asked if this would be a problem, and was assured it would not be. Beth told us we could look at a draft by the end of the week, well I did not hear anything from her over that weekend. I waited untill Wednesday to e-mail her (almost 5 days after she told me they would be ready). She practically jumped down my throat, and told me they would be ready when they were ready, she was doing her best. I understand she was busy but that is just no way to speak to a customer. Then when we got the draft she had left off the City, and she used the wrong colors. When i called to talk to her, she was once again very ugly to me. I guess some people have good experiences and some people do not. Just be careful using them because you never know what it will be for you. I ended up using someone else, because I was not about to give my money to someone who had treated me that way for simply asking what I was paying for. The whole thing was RIDICULOUS! more

I cannot say enough about Beth! She was recommended to me by a friend while I was shopping around for wedding invitations. She created a beautiful invitation using my wedding colors with lined envelopes and belly bands-- all within my budget. Everyone has commented on the invitations. Beth is extremely professional, easy to work with, and very creative. She is now working on my wedding program. I have recommended her to several of my friends who are getting married in the next several months. I would highly recommend Beth to any Bride. more

In my experience with working with Beth, I?ve found it to be of great pleasure. She recently did my save a date magnets, and they turned out wonderful. I printed a copy of one I saw online that I liked and she then tweaked it by adding her personal touches and my ideas. It turned out beautiful. I?ve gotten so many compliments on my magnets. She saved me shipping and handling, and the thought of dealing with someone online and having to worry if my product was going to come out okay. Beth was awesome to work with. I communicated with her by email, and she even gave me her personal cell phone number where she could be reached. She is currently doing my invitations, and have sent me my proofs to review which was done in a timely manner and to my likings. Beth also realized that my event is approaching fast and I may want to get started addressing my invitation, so she offered to give me my envelopes in advance so that I could start on them. Now that?s what I call superior customer service. I highly recommend any Bride or any business in need of custom design, invitations, programs, etc. to contact Beth she?s a great person to work with. more

We received a wedding ?Save the Date? from a friend and it was beautiful. Not only was the magnet beautiful, but the envelope was beautiful as well. When we asked who did them, my friend gave me the contact information for Beth DeRidder at Columbia Printing and Graphics. We contacted Beth and got an estimate to do our daughter?s ?Save the Date? magnets and envelopes. Beth worked with our daughter and produced a fabulous ?Save the Date? magnet and very lovely envelopes. They were beautiful and perfect. They were so professional and easy to work with that last week I contacted Beth again to do a birthday party invitation for us. They were able to do the design work and the printing was completed in the same week. They were exactly want we wanted. I would highly recommend them!! They are very easy to work with and they produce a great product! more

BE CAREFUL! We hired Beth DeRidder to do our Save the Dates and Invitations for our wedding. About 8 months out we met with her to start on our Save the Date. She was extremely forceful about her opinions (shooting down our ideas several times) but we seemed to of come to an agreement about what we wanted. I sent her the photograph from our engagement pictures to use for the save the date post card, and she told me I could have a draft to look at by Friday. I hadn't heard anything by Monday so I sent her a quick e-mail, just checking on the status. She sent me the draft later that day, and much to my disappointment it was nothing like what we had discussed. They did some kind of image distorting to the photograph, and it looked almost like an animated graphic not a picture, it was not a good look. She had also left out several things like the City and the website (but not a big deal, those can be added). So I sent her an e-mail, just asking why the picture looked like that (because I was just truly confused) and I mentioned a few of the things she had left off. About an hour later I got this extremely nasty e-mail from her that had me in tear for the rest of the afternoon. She insulted my taste, told me I had no patience, I didn't know anything about the business and told me to find another Vendor because she did not desire to work with me. I was so upset by this, all I did was ask why the image did not look like an actual photograph, and just to add the things we had discussed in our meeting. I have showed my e-mail correspondence with several people and they were all just as shocked as me by her reaction. She has caused us so much more anxiety and stress during this highly stressful time. Now we are forced to start over and rush to find someone else, I think now I am just going to do the Save the Dates myself online. I urge anyone who reads this not to use them, it was such a horrible experience. Wedding Planning is already such a stressful thing, this experience has caused us so much extra and unnecessary stress. more
