Review content:
We had seen a friends Save the Dates done by Beth and liked them, so we went to meet with her. Everything was great at first. I had showed her a print out of what I wanted and just asked her to add a few things. We were on a tight schedule, so before we hired her I asked if this would be a problem, and was assured it would not be.
Beth told us we could look at a draft by the end of the week, well I did not hear anything from her over that weekend. I waited untill Wednesday to e-mail her (almost 5 days after she told me they would be ready). She practically jumped down my throat, and told me they would be ready when they were ready, she was doing her best. I understand she was busy but that is just no way to speak to a customer.
Then when we got the draft she had left off the City, and she used the wrong colors. When i called to talk to her, she was once again very ugly to me.
I guess some people have good experiences and some people do not. Just be careful using them because you never know what it will be for you. I ended up using someone else, because I was not about to give my money to someone who had treated me that way for simply asking what I was paying for. The whole thing was RIDICULOUS!
