In my experience with working with Beth, I?ve found it to be of great pleasure. She recently did my save a date magnets, and they turned out wonderful. I printed a copy of one I saw online that I liked and she then tweaked it by adding her personal touches and my ideas. It turned out beautiful. I?ve gotten so many compliments on my magnets. She saved me shipping and handling, and the thought of dealing with someone online and having to worry if my product was going to come out okay. Beth was awesome to work with. I communicated with her by email, and she even gave me her personal cell phone number where she could be reached. She is currently doing my invitations, and have sent me my proofs to review which was done in a timely manner and to my likings. Beth also realized that my event is approaching fast and I may want to get started addressing my invitation, so she offered to give me my envelopes in advance so that I could start on them. Now that?s what I call superior customer service. I highly recommend any Bride or any business in need of custom design, invitations, programs, etc. to contact Beth she?s a great person to work with.
