I had one plate glass window and two double-hung windows installed and the installation was extremely fast! The service was great and there were no problems. I'm very happy with the installation and the quality of the windows and would hire them again. Their prices were competitive and they were lovely to deal with. more

Generally, my experience with Colorado Window Source through the sales process went very well with no real complaints overall--until we came to the installation. One of the installers left in charge of the job had little to no customer service skills. The individual in charge of my job I think was condescending, unprofessional, and didn't represent the organization well. I was at a point where I contemplated having him removed from the property. All in all, it was a good experience and the quality of product seems to be good. But, I'm still waiting on a replacement sash--it's been going on at least two months. All in all, I think they did a good job as far as being transparent. more

We had a snag almost right away with Colorado Window Source, it wasn't their fault but the windows arrived damaged. But I was very impressed with them, they got the parts and started working on them right away and din't stop until they got them the way they should be. I appreciated their hard work, they showed up on time and were very good at what they do. I would recommend them. more

Over the course of five years, we've had approximately 40+ windows in our home replaced by Colorado Window Source. They took out all of the old wood windows and put in new windows for us and the quality of their service is good. They aren't just slapping the windows in, they make sure all of the windows fit and if they catch a problem while installing the windows, they'll make sure to fix it before they leave so they won't have to come back. We had new Vinyl double pane windows installed almost 5 years ago, and by now they have paid for themselves. The upper floor windows are easy for us to clean as they are removeable from the frame. The installation was precise. The windows are as snug as the day they were installed. Everything was done to perfection in one day, including a large window in the front room. The install team was courteous, professional, and clean. They know what they are doing. If there were 6 star ratings, I would easily rate them at that level as well. more

We recently replaced our front door and sidelight; in my searches on-line I found a very specific Therma-Tru door that we loved. Colorado Window Source happened to be the closest dealer that could get us the door. We were very, very impressed with all of our interactions with them until we actually put down our deposit. Several weeks after placing our order, we received a call to let us know that our door would be arriving the next week and we scheduled a time for installation. The evening before the installation, we received another call letting us know that our door had in fact NOT arrived. We did not get any real answers on what had happened to our door and were told it might be in the next week, or it might be in a few weeks, but that someone would get back to us. We did not get another call until more than a month later, to let us know our door would be arriving in the next week and again cleared our schedules for another installation. The installation was not fully completed that day, and although he was going to come back the next day to finish, he did not actually return for 2 days. Even then, we had to wait another week for a sill-extender that someone "forgot" to order. We also ordered a door stain kit from CWS; we were required to pay in full before the order was placed and were told it would be a week or so before it would come in, and that someone would call us. Almost a month later, we still do not have our stain, nor any answers about where it is or when it will arrive. Although we do greatly enjoy our new door and side light, the experience of working with Colorado Window Source has not been positive and I can not imagine using them again in the future. more

We installed windows on the front side (SW facing) first because of the afternoon heat. WOW! What a difference the windows have made in those rooms! We also chose windows without the grids and LOVE IT!! We're going back to CWS to finish the back side of the house to get the full benefits of energy efficiency and the same quality products and service! Thank you CWS! more

I just wanted to write a quick note thanking you for the great job on my new door. This project replaced the entry door unit including the door slab, two sidelights and an overhead transom window. The work was necessary because the original builder-grade unit had failed from dry-rot due to poor installation when the home was built.
