Generally, my experience with Colorado Window Source through the sales process went very well with no real complaints overall--until we came to the installation. One of the installers left in charge of the job had little to no customer service skills. The individual in charge of my job I think was condescending, unprofessional, and didn't represent the organization well. I was at a point where I contemplated having him removed from the property.
All in all, it was a good experience and the quality of product seems to be good. But, I'm still waiting on a replacement sash--it's been going on at least two months. All in all, I think they did a good job as far as being transparent.
