This is by far the BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership..PERIOD! From the moment I decided to look for a car, I contacted Joel Garbe, by phone, as he was a referral from a friend. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, and immediately started working on finding the best vehicle to suit my needs. Joel contacted me back the same day, to let me know he had a few used vehicles in my price range, and gave me a good time to come in and take a look. I was greeted by smiling faces, and everyone was very helpful from the moment I arrived. Joel had picked out 3 cars for me. We test drove all 3 vehicles. I had to think about it overnight, before I choose the one that was right for me and my family. When I was ready, at my convienence, I went back the next day. I was still undecided, and Joel let me test drive each of them again. I couldn't make up my mind, as they were all great vehicles. Never one time did I feel rushed, pressured or that I was taking too much time. When I had made up my mind, they even let me bring in my mechanic to drive a few of the vehicles to solidify my choice. When I FINALLY picked a vehicle, Joel really went to bat for me. I had recent back surgery and was financially strapped, but needed a car badly. His team really went above and beyond, to make me a ROCK BOTTOM, fantastic deal. I really feel that they did me a HUGE personal favor. I know my car should have cost me way more than it did, eventhough their prices are MORE than fair to begin with.I even got to meet Albert, the manager, who was very nice, and thank him personally for working with me on the price. Last but not least, I got to meet with Steve, the finance man, eventhough I paid cash, to do paperwork. He was very friendly and personable as well. By the time I was done with the paperwork, they had freshly detailed my car and had it shining bright and ready to go. It needed one last touch before I could take it home, so Joel went above and beyond again, and offered to deliver the car to my home the following day.\r
Needless to say, I am one EXTREMELY happy customer. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. I thought I would have to go to a little buy here pay here lot, but with the Dodge team, you can pay 500 down and the balance with-in 21 days. Sometimes that is all you need. I got a fantastic vehicle, at an amazing price and what is even better, is the people. They were all amazing from beginning to end. If you ever need a car, new or used, you can be rest assured, Colorado Springs Dodge, will do whatever it takes, to take care of you, and make your dreaded car buying experience a pleasurable experience. It has totally changed my view on the whole ""car sales"" experience.
